Hosts, users and guests

Each membership has a limited number of hosts, an unlimited number of users and an unlimited number of guests.

  • You need to be a host to run a multiplayer session, and can invite others (hosts, users or guests) to play the different roles in the scenario.
  • You need to be a host or a user to run a single-player session.
  • The number of multiplayer or single-player sessions that you can run is also limited by membership.

If you are an MSSP, PR Agency or Consultancy then members of your own team would act as hosts — inviting other members of your team to join as red or support team members, and client executives to join as blue team members. You can also invite client executives to become users so that they can run single-player sessions on their own (at their convenience and without the need for a host).

Tier matrix

Individuals get a free Pay-to-Play entry tier plus Starter and Pro subscriptions. Company, MSSP, PR Agency and Other audiences offer Starter, Pro and Enterprise.

If you are going to go to the trouble of organising a multiplayer event and have managed to schedule the exceedingly valuable time of your client executives for this session, then it is worth making the investment to ensure that it is a five-star rather than a simple one-star event.

Consider adding some of our special services to help bring your session to life, to maximise the credibility of the experience with the participation and anecdotal contributions of real global leaders in the field, and to include rich video content and possibly even broadcast media training with a top investigative journalist.

Also consider inviting your support team to attend. The better that they understand your business and the more experience that they have working with you, the quicker and more effective they will be to respond on the day.

Include Live Expert Trainers

We can source experts who can either work in English or in other languages, and who can either join a session in person or via Zoom. Our experts include top government advisers, former leaders from the security services, former global incident response leads from top tech firms like IBM, and board members from international professional bodies for risk and crisis communications. These experts can work with your own team to add real credibility and bring your event to life with authentic anecdotes and real-world experience.

Include Rich Content and Broadcast Media Training

We can also bring in some of the world's leading investigative journalists who can put your executives to the test in front of the camera with broadcast media training. This can be done in person or via Zoom, where your executives are brought directly into our virtual TV news studio. Or we can record TV news bulletins in advance or do live interviews with members of your red team or support team to shoot live TV News Bulletins in real time that are role played in the context of your scenario.

Extend your own capabilities by including Support Team Members

Add support from leading experts that can practice working with your team so that they can team effectively on the day, including:

  • External Legal Counsel — a specialist that can be retained to work with your own legal team to provide advice on regulatory obligations, litigation risk, and privilege.
  • MSSP Cybersecurity Expert — an expert from the actual cybersecurity team that you'll be working with for any real technical investigation or containment.
  • PR Agency Crisis Management Expert — an external crisis communications specialist from your own retained agency that will advise on managing media strategy and public messaging.
  • Retained Advocate — a third-party spokesperson who can act as a trusted voice to speak with a high level of independence and credibility on the organisation's behalf.
